The Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia (GKC) represented by the Ministry of Economy

and Finance has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and

from the European Commission (“EU”), the Commission has proposed to delegate part of its

financial contribution to AFD, which has agreed to manage the financing under a delegation

agreement, for the Water Resources Management and Agro-ecological Transition for

Cambodia (WAT4CAM) Program Phase 1, and intends to apply a part of the funds to eligible

payments under the The Rehabilitation of dams, O’Kambor Sakarach irrigation scheme in

Reak Reay commune of Rovieng District in Preah Vihear Province.

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) “Employer” now invites

sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the The Rehabilitation of dams, O’Kambor

Sakarach irrigation scheme in Reak Reay commune of Rovieng District in Preah Vihear

Province. The construction period is six (6) Months.

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in

the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed

Projects/Programs.

This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries of as described in

the Bidding Document. Bidders’ attention is drawn to Sub-Clause 6.3 of the Instructions to

Bidders (ITB) on the Qualification requirements.

submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-

refundable fee of Cambodian Riel 600,000. The method of payment will be in cash. The

Bidding Documents may be sent by email, or may be collected in person at the discretion of

the bidder. Other than payment of the non-refundable fee specified above, there are no other

conditions for the purchase of the bidding documents.
